What to include on a landscaping or lawn care invoice

Service address. The property you maintain. On lawn care routes it often differs from the billing address.
Visit dates or count. How many mowing visits the invoice covers, or the dates of each visit, so recurring customers can match it to their calendar.
Services and materials. Mowing, cleanups, aeration, and trimming, plus mulch, sod, stone, and plants with quantities.
Disposal and extras. Yard waste hauling, fuel surcharges, or one-off extras as separate lines.
Deposit for installs. For hardscape and planting projects, show the deposit you collected and the balance.
Payment terms. Due date and how you accept payment. Monthly billing is common for maintenance routes.
