Each job is different: a one-off cleanup, a seasonal contract, a hardscape build. Redbud Way lets you price each quote individually and send a payment link for that exact amount, or list maintenance as a recurring weekly, monthly, or yearly service. Recurring billing runs until cancelled, so seasonal customers cancel when the season ends and rebook in spring. Customers can accept and pay without creating an account.

Can I bill recurring lawn or mowing customers automatically?
Yes. List a recurring service at a fixed weekly, monthly, or yearly price, like weekly mowing, monthly maintenance, or a yearly contract. Customers book it once from your link, and their card is charged on that schedule until you or they cancel. For seasonal customers, cancel at the end of the season and have them rebook in spring. Recurring billing is included free: Stripe charges its standard card fee plus 0.7% Stripe Billing on each recurring charge, and Redbud Way adds nothing.
Can I collect a deposit on a landscaping project?
Yes. You can take a deposit up front on installs, hardscaping, or design jobs and collect the balance when the work is done: your customer pays the rest by card or bank transfer from the same link. Some states cap deposits (California: 10% or $1,000, whichever is less), so check yours with the deposit calculator.
How fast do landscapers get paid?
Stripe pays card payments out to your linked bank automatically, about two business days after each payment, and standard payouts are free. Your first payout can take a week or two while Stripe verifies your account. No waiting on checks between visits.
Do my customers need an account to pay?
