- Can I send an invoice for a move-out or deep clean?
- Yes. Add the client’s email and the line items and send. They get an email with a Pay button that opens the invoice, and they pay in full by card or bank transfer with no account. You get an email when it’s paid.
- Can I auto-bill my recurring cleaning clients?
- Yes. List a recurring cleaning service at a fixed weekly, monthly, or yearly price. Clients book it once from your link, and their card is charged on that schedule until you or they cancel, so you stop invoicing and chasing every visit. Recurring billing is included free: Stripe charges its standard card fee plus 0.7% Stripe Billing on each recurring charge (about $5.70 on a $150 monthly clean), and Redbud Way adds nothing.

- Why is Redbud Way free? What’s the catch?
- Payments run on your own Stripe account and Stripe bills its fees to you directly, so Redbud Way has no payment cost to pass on and charges 0%. The tools to get paid are free and will stay free; any paid extras added later will be optional. Your clients’ money goes straight to your Stripe account, never through ours. Redbud Way is built and run by one software engineer, Adam Williams, who answers support email himself.
- Can I collect a deposit on a move-out or deep clean?
- Yes. Take a deposit up front on move-in/move-out cleans, deep cleans, or post-construction jobs and collect the balance when the work is done: your customer pays the rest by card or bank transfer from the same link.
- How fast do I get paid?
- Stripe pays card payments out to your linked bank automatically, about two business days after each payment, and standard payouts are free. Your first payout can take a week or two while Stripe verifies your account. No waiting on checks after a clean.
- Do my clients need an account to pay?
- No. Clients pay by card or bank transfer as a guest from any phone or browser, and recurring clients are charged automatically once their card is on file.
